I have tons of books sitting in my bookshelf that I have to read. I am currently reading Julie & Julia by Julie Powell. I am halfway through the book and I am really enjoying it. I haven’t seen the movie either, I try to read the books when I can before seeing the movie.

This story is based on the true lives of two women, Julia Childs the famous French Chef and Julie Powell an almost 30 year old woman trying to find her true passion. While trying to find peace and happiness Julie decided to follow through on all of Julia Childs’s recipes and blog about it. I find it very interesting in the way the story is written, I am able to relate to it very well. The author does a great job in making the reader feel that we are her shoes. It is a very quick and easy ready. Entertaining page after page.
