I had to post this immediately, what a great quote. She is absolutely right, how many times do we hold on to things that make us unhappy. What we should do is get rid of them, and able ourselves to be free. She is the true definition of a woman who has encountered several broken heel moments, and kept on walking to create something magnificent of herself.
