I started going to the gym steadily, and my trainer shared this site with me. I was really excited when I found out about it, since I suck at keeping tabs on my eating habits. This site is called Food Diary, it does exactly that. It keeps track of all your eating throughout the day and counts the calories you eat amongst other things like “macronutrients; including sugars, carbohydrates, fat, protein, and sodium; and micro-nutrients; including calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and all the vitamins.” I am going to start using it today, to start a better eating habit, and try to get more control of what I am eating. From what I saw on their site, you can also track daily, monthly, weekly eating paterns and pull reports that will show how well you are meeting your goals.
