Here is my first playlist for running, hope you enjoy it. It’s just a bit of what I will be using to workout today, songs that get me going. Are there songs that get you going during you workout? What are they?
Today is day 1 of my 12 week Nike + Coach walk to run program. I chose this program to ease myself into running smoothly. Since its a bit hot outside, I think I am going to take my running to the gym today. I might throw in a bit more than running because day 1 for my training just calls for 15 minutes of walking.
