I think I always say this to you guys, I hardly know my worth; in the workplace that is. I guess the secret is out, I have started applying for jobs. Fingers crossed, the response has been amazing. I don’t want to get too excited, as we all know getting an interview scheduled is half the battle.

What makes me really happy though is after weeks of applying with no response, I am getting interview requests AND I am seeing that others know my worth. It’s funny that they know my worth and I am still trying to figure it out. I have a better idea now of what my worth is in the workplace. I say that because I think its very important that everyone know their worth at all times, if you don’t know your worth, like I didn’t… It’s ok ! Don’t let too much time pass before you find out, what you find out can change your whole outlook on yourself and give you a confidence boost.
