I was speaking with a friend last night, and he interrupted me mid sentence to say “You need to drop the -wanna- in your sentences and instead start affirming your thoughts”. Very true I thought. We all know that positive affirmations and positive thinking can help us to have a positive attitude in life, which can lead to a successful life and good health. In knowing this, we can turn our shortcomings into successes. Having a positive attitude is really the key to success. There is no right way to create affirmations, but the main thing is to replace negative thoughts with positive ones and to also affirm your thoughts. For example, instead of saying – “I want to be successful” you should try saying “I am successful”. Try it once a day, replace your negative thoughts with affirmations and see what happens.
