If you have been following the blog lately, you’ve noticed that a topic that has been coming up a lot is change. I am facing a lot of changes lately, but instead of panicking at change, I am welcoming it with open arms and trying to make the best of the change.

Change is normal, even when it feels as though its happening too fast, or there are too many changes; the truth is change forces us to grow. If we are open to learning the lesson that is. Doing my online reading, I found this great article on the topic of change. Expert, Stan Goldberg, Ph.D offers in this article 10 rules for coping with change, and confronting it successfully.
