Today marks a year since I started this blog, with the lovely help of some friends. When I started this blog I simply wanted a place to vent, share my stories and I hoped to bring comfort to women going through the same things.

I was heartbroken over My Mr. at the time, we had decided to no longer speak. I needed something to keep my busy and keep my mind off him, so I started this blog. I remember coming back from Paris and deciding that I wanted to do this, the breakup just made it happen faster, then I went to Florida, to take care of my grandma. I did all my blog posts for the month of September by her side. Suddenly I wasn’t crying over My Mr. anymore, because you, my readers were offering me support. Believe it or not but with every comment, I was so happy to know that someone was ready my stories and could relate. You helped me through what I thought at the time, to be the most difficult time, you made me feel that someone else was there.

Through all my stories, throughout the year you supported me. Thank you ! You laughed at my horror date stories, you cried with me when I showed you some of my wounds, and you stood by me as we grew as a site. Thank you ! I had no idea at the time that with ever post, every time I shared with you my wounds were healing bit by bit.

I couldn’t have done it without you. I am grateful for all my readers, all my FB friends, all my twitter followers, all my clients that support the blog. I am especially grateful for the team, for the people who make the blog look good, do all the tech stuff I can’t do. Thank You !

For the next 4 weeks I want to celebrate you for making the blog what it is, look out for some suprises !
