Japan is one place I dream of going (despite devastating current events). How can I not, I’m fascinated with it’s powerful and rich culture, edgy fashion, and not to mention being the birth place of my cuisine obsession: Sushi -I’d eat Sushi for the rest of my life and be happy.
Daniella and I went into Liberty Noodle for a Sunday feast a couple weeks back and met Sang Kim. He told us about a Sushi making class he has and it was clear that I had to attend.
Last weekend, Andrea, Maram, Safra, Eylse and I went to our first ever Sushi Making for the Soul class. This class, besides taking us one step closer to ever pulling off a Samantha, it also elevated our consciousness about the food we love to eat.
Sang knows his Sushi and he’s passionate about sharing it’s history, meaning and more importantly the proper measures we can all take to ensure sustainable seafood practices.

Sang was amazing and the experience was enlightening and so much fun. Please visit Liberty Noodle and hopefully we’ll see eachother in June for Sang’s next class! I believe it’s a single’s event— Sushi Speed dating anyone?
Thank you Sang for a wonderful time and experience. xo.
