1 LOVE T.O. x The Remix Project are proud to present “CITY LIFE” Photo Exhibit, Thursday September 9, 2010.
Helping to jumpstart the TIFF madness, the City Life Photo Exhibit is a collection of photos from the Remix Project’s current crop of participants and alumni. The photo exhibit interprets three short films; “Balancing Act”, “Trespassing”, and “The Garden” that are set to be released at TIFF’s BELL Lightbox November 16th.
I got excited when I saw this online, as I will be in NYC this year for Fashion’s Night Out for the first time ! I cannot wait. If you are in NYC September 10th make sure to check out Fashion’s Night Out, the stores will be open later and several of them will feature special events.

“32C”, is a 1-woman play written by Amanda Parris. It stars me. Hahaha. Sorry, this is still hard for even me to believe. Under the mentorship of d’bi young through the playwrighting residency at anitafrika dub theatre,she has been working on creating this play for the past 10 months. 32C is one of six 1-person plays that will be featured at the WORD! SOUND! POWAH! Festival which runs from August 16-August 21. Each night features a different 1-person play.
