You should know by now that I have immense admiration for Natalie Massenet, founder of Net-a-Porter. She has truly changed the way luxury brands are sold online, and made her mark in the fashion industry. I just want to make a point that it’s not just great teachers that sometimes shape your life. Sometimes it’s the absence of great teachers that shapes your life and being ignored can be just as good for a person as being lauded.

Saw this online today and I absolutely love when Christina Aguilera does ballads, she actually should only do ballads in my opinion.

So true, how many times do we hope and wish for things, waiting for them to happen but we don’t actually get the courage to ask for them. If we do get the courage to ask for them, we don’t have the patience to be persistence in them coming true. I have complained a long time about my job but not sure if my persistence in trying to attain a new job was working in my favor, not sure if I searched high and low enough and if I asked all the people I knew. I put this into practice and I can say that it really works.  Try it !
